The service call fee covers the visit. We look at the problem and tell you what is wrong.

After the visit, you get a custom quote for the repair. The service call fee is separate from the repair cost.
If your jet ski needs the shop, we can pick it up and bring it back. Pick-up and delivery costs the same as a service call for your distance.
We come to you for most jobs, but not everything can be done at your location. Some work has to be done in our shop. Performance tuning is one of them.
A simple re-flash can still be done on site.
When we look at your machine, we will tell you whether the job can be done where it sits or needs to come to the shop.
